1. Services
SIA “Corellize” provides artificial intelligence automation consulting, system integration, and custom software development services. Each engagement is governed by an individual service agreement defining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and other applicable terms.
2. Engagement Process
Projects commence after the service agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. The project scope is defined prior to the start of work. Any changes to scope must be documented and approved in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights of developed solutions are defined in the applicable service agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and other foundational components remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in each service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SIA “Corellize” liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. SIA “Corellize” shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
